Terms

a. You must be at least 18 years old to open a workspace or pay for a plan.

b. You are responsible for keeping your email and password private, and for activity in your workspace.

c. You agree to give accurate name and email details when you register or add a person.

d. You may not use InstantSnap for anything unlawful, or to upload photos you do not have the right to use.

a. Plan names, prices, and monthly photo allowances are shown in the product before you pay. We try to keep them accurate.

b. Prices are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and may change. A change does not alter a period you have already paid for.

c. Promotions, if we offer them, last only for the time we state.

a. Choosing a paid plan and completing checkout is an offer to buy that subscription.

b. We may refuse or cancel an order if a plan is unavailable, a price was shown in error, or we suspect fraud.

c. You agree to pay the price shown for the plan with a valid payment method.

d. PayHere processes the payment. We do not store or see your full card details.

Studio shots are delivered inside your InstantSnap workspace. There is no physical shipping. Generation time depends on the service being available. A shot is ready when it appears in your workspace.

Refunds and cancellations follow the Payment Policy.

You keep the rights in the photos you upload. You give InstantSnap permission to store those photos and generate catalog shots so we can provide the service. You are responsible for having the rights and any model permissions those photos need.

a. InstantSnap, including its design, text, and software, belongs to InstantSnap or its licensors.

b. You may use the catalog shots we generate for your own products and store. You may not copy the InstantSnap product itself, or resell access to it, without our written permission.

InstantSnap is provided as available. We do not promise that every generation will match a particular look, or that the service will be uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, InstantSnap is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service or a subscription. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. The “last updated” date will change. If you keep using InstantSnap after that, the new terms apply.
