When you visit InstantSnap or open a workspace, we may collect:

• Your name and email address, which you give us when you register or when an admin adds you to a workspace.
• Your password, which we store only in a protected form. We do not keep the password you typed.
• Photos you upload, the studio settings you choose, and the catalog shots we generate for your workspace.
• Subscription details, such as the plan you are on and the status of a payment. Card and bank details are handled by PayHere. We do not store your full card number.
• Technical details such as your IP address, browser, device, language, and time zone, which we use to run the service and keep your session signed in.

We use this information to:

• Create and run your workspace, including sign-in and the people an admin adds.
• Generate, store, and show your studio shots.
• Take subscription payments, apply the plan you chose, and handle refunds.
• Reply when you email us, including requests about a paid plan.
• Keep the service reliable, and detect misuse or unauthorized access.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these cases:

• Service providers who host InstantSnap, store photos, generate catalog shots, or process payments. PayHere processes subscription payments. These providers may use the information only to perform that work for us.
• Other people in your workspace, who can see the workspace shots and, for admins, the people on the account.
• When the law requires it, or when we need to respond to a valid legal request.

We use ordinary industry safeguards to protect account data and photos from unauthorized access, change, or loss. No internet transmission or stored file is completely secure, and we cannot promise absolute security.

We use cookies to keep you signed in. We also store a few preferences in your browser, such as a studio draft and whether you dismissed the install prompt. You can block cookies in your browser. Sign-in and some studio features will stop working if you do.

We keep your account, workspace, and shots while the workspace is in use. When you delete a shot in InstantSnap, we delete that shot from the workspace. To close a workspace, email [email protected].

We may update this policy. The new version will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date. Please check this page from time to time.
