Payment Policy

Paid plans are subscriptions billed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR).

• The plan name, price, and monthly photo allowance are shown before you pay.
• Online payments are collected by PayHere. InstantSnap does not store your full card number or online banking password.
• A paid plan starts when the payment is confirmed.
• The Free plan has no charge.

You may ask for a refund within 7 days of a paid subscription charge if the workspace has not generated a studio shot on that paid plan during the period covered by the charge.

If we approve the refund, we send it back to the original payment method. The refund is the subscription amount you paid for that charge. PayHere or your bank may take extra time before it shows on your statement.

Email [email protected] to cancel a paid plan. Cancellation stops the next charge. You can keep using the plan you already paid for until that period ends, unless we have approved a refund under this policy.

These are not refunded:

• A charge once the workspace has generated a studio shot on that paid plan during the period it covers.
• A request made more than 7 days after the charge.
• The Free plan, because no payment is taken.
• Studio shots already generated. They are digital and are not returned.

If a paid generation fails because of InstantSnap and we cannot provide the shot or restore the photo allowance, email us. We will restore the allowance or refund the affected charge.

We review refund and cancellation requests within 7 business days after we receive the request and enough detail to find the payment, such as the workspace email and the date of the charge. Bank posting times are outside that window.
